New service and activation
To cancel your new service activation, notify us within 30 calendar days of the date you received your order. During this period, you may cancel your new service activation for any reason, as long as you:
  • Contact us via email at support@bettersim.com. Indicate you wish to cancel your new service activation. Make sure to include your order number and name in your email.
  • You are responsible for any charges incurred prior to service cancellation, including roaming, long distance, taxes, control charges, regulatory program fees, and other fees.

All services are on a month to month commitment. You may cancel your service for the next month at any time as long as we are notified 48 hours before your monthly renewal date.

Prior months of service or usage are not refundable.
